What happens in the AI audit?
I talk to the founder and 3–5 staff, find the work the team repeats, and pick 3 workflows to start with. It takes about 1 week.

About 1 week for the audit and 2–3 weeks for setup, which includes a team AI workspace with your company's context, 3–5 workflows, live training and recorded guides.
What does monthly upkeep include?
Refreshing the company context, adding 1 new workflow a month, reviewing usage and holding office hours.
Which AI tools does the team workspace use?
Business plans of tools such as ChatGPT or Claude, or whichever your team already uses.
Is ChatGPT safe for company data?
It depends on the plan. ChatGPT Business and Enterprise, and Claude Team and Enterprise, do not use your data for training by default; free personal plans can. I set your team up on business plans and train staff to keep sensitive data out of prompts.
Do you run AI workshops?
Yes. Hands-on sessions for students or staff, working on real tasks.
Are sessions remote or in person?
Remote, with in-person sessions possible in Maharashtra. I work from India (IST, GMT+5:30), which overlaps with UK and UAE working hours. US businesses get replies by message the same or next working day.
What is the difference between AI enablement and AI implementation?
AI enablement sets your team up to use AI themselves: audit, workspace, training and upkeep. AI implementation is a 3–6 month contract inside one company where I build and deploy lead response, document intake and, if needed, a support agent.
